Pesticide Screening
Consuming cannabis should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Pesticides, however, can pose a hazard to your health.
Because of this, all of the flower that goes into our products is rigorously tested for pesticides before coming into the Dabstract laboratory.
Even before this was mandated by Washington state, we voluntarily chose to implement a more thorough pesticide testing protocol on all incoming material from day one. This is the first step in ensuring a high standard of product safety for the consumer.
Residual Solvents
Solvents are used to extract cannabinoids, terpenes and phytochemicals that give cannabis oils their distinct potencies, aromas and flavors.
The State of Washington mandates that product is deemed safe for the market with residual solvents up to 5000 parts per million.
Our products come to you with under 500 parts per million - again, setting our own standard of excellence that exceeds state requirements.
Cleanliness is Key
We design and operate our labs with standards of cleanliness that match our strict standards in every other area.
All of our laboratory employees are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including hair nets, beard guards, goggles, gowns and gloves designed to ensure that your product is manufactured in the most clean and unadulterated way.
The product might be “chill,” but our safety and cleanliness standards are not.
